| Perfect weather for a LR. Temperature was in the low 60's, glad i didnt get rained on. Ran an out and back to draper on PRT. Going in to the run I wasn't worried about pace at all, more so just finishing. I had a gu at mi 6.5 that I nursed until mile 11. At 16.5 I started feeling fatigued. I should have used my other gu that was in my pocket so I could have finished stronger. Pretty pumped with today's run...mostly that's it's over and that I don't have another LR for another 7 days ;) 8:20 AP |

| Hit four cities on today's run. Sandy, Draper, Riverton, South Jordan. Started from home, ran on porter rockwell, over to 114th, up to 1300 e, over to draper park, ran west on 123rd to Redwood, back to 100th, then home. Wrong time of day to run a long run, but I didn't want to run in the rain this morning. Leisurely runner i guess...Left knee is hurting. 8:23 AP Also, pretty sure I saw a wolf in Draper....not cool when I had to broaden my shoulders to have him back down. |

| After 6 days off resting my knee, I thought id give it a go. First 2 miles I could feel a little pain, but it wasnt unbearable. Next two miles it seemed to loosen up. Felt good to run again.
